We are proud to highlight Robert R. Berluti, a partner at Berluti, McLaughlin & Kutchin, for his remarkable 40-year track record of achieving outstanding results for business owners, employers, and employees.
Robert’s practice encompasses complex civil litigation, with significant experience in business and employment disputes across industries. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court, and has appeared before appellate courts and administrative agencies such as FINRA and the IRS.
In addition to business disputes and shareholder litigation, Robert handles wage-and-hour class actions, intellectual property matters, non-compete agreements, and real estate disputes. His expertise also extends to personal injury cases, investor-broker disputes, probate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Notably, Robert secured the largest age discrimination jury verdict in Massachusetts history and successfully argued a landmark case before the Supreme Judicial Court in 2020, shaping the interpretation of treble damages under the Massachusetts Wage and Hour statute.
